a day without edges
The day feels long and at the same time strangely short, the grey light softening everything until time loses its edges. Through the window, rain blurs the street, but the autumn colours still hold, deep and vivid against wet pavements and darkened trees. I sit at the table in comfortable layers, a warm mug between my hands, and in this contrast between movement outside and stillness within,
I sense how even grey days carry their own quiet meaning.
